Balance enquiry service in English and Hindi through Missed Call

As a measure of extending additional service to the customers by leveraging Technology, the Bank has introduced Missed Call Service. All the customers who have registered their mobile numbers for SMS Banking can get their account balance by dialing the following numbers from their registered mobile number:

Mobile Number on which customer has to call to get balance in Hindi is 
09289792897 (For Domestic Customers)

Mobile Number on which customer has to call to get balance in Hindi is 
919289792897 (For customer residing in abroad)

Mobile Number on which customer has to call to get balance in English is 
09268892688 (For Domestic Customers)

Mobile Number on which customer has to call to get balance in English is 
919268892688 (For customer residing in abroad)

    Prerequisite for This facility:

    1. For having this customer should be a registered and activated for SMS banking. Per day only three times (including Hindi and English) customer can get balance alert through this facility.

    2. In case the customers have more than one account of the same nature, then the default account will be the primary account registered for SMS banking. However, the customers can change their default account by contacting the branch or sending the SMS as below

    CCPA<space>xxxxx

    Here xxxxxx is the last 6-digit of the account number which the customer wants to make it as primary account.
