New Requirement for Transfer of Physical Shares :
As per directive of SEBI, transferee(s) are requested to submit attested photocopy of Permanent Account Number (PAN Card issued by Income Tax Authority) along with share transfer form (s) and share certificate(s) to the Share Transfer Agent or to the Bank for effecting transfer of physical shares

Details Regarding Depository
The Bank has entered into an agreement with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as an Issuer Company for dematerialisation of Bank's shares. In accordance with the directions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, trading in shares of the Bank by all categories of investors will be permitted in dematerialised form only with effect from 31st May, 1999, on a Stock Exchange which is linked to any Depository.
Stakeholders Relationship Committee
The Bank has Constituted a committee of the board named as "Stakeholders Relationship Committee" to look into the redressal of grievances of shareholders, debenture holders and other security holders.. The Committee is chaired by Ms. Chitra Gouri Lal, Non-Executive Director, elected by the Shareholders.
The Bank has nominated Company Secretary in charge of Investor Services Department as the Compliance Officer in terms of Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement. The Chief Compliance Officer of the Bank under Reserve Bank of India Guidelines is responsible of the bank for implementation of instructions /guidelines received from Reserve Bank of India /Govt. of India. etc.
