Customer Complaint Analysis:
2.0 The following time frame has been fixed for resolution of complaints:
a) At branches: Within 24 hours but not later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of complaint.
b) At Zonal Office: Within 15 working days from the date of receipt of complaint.
c) At Head Office : Within 30 working days from the date of receipt of Complaint.
